Depression Treatment

Depression is a disease that is difficult to diagnose. Whoever gets this disease once, then every passing season and circumstances and events continue to make him suffer from this disease again and again. It is still controversial whether it is a brain disease or some stomach acid fault that causes it. It can also be said that this disease starts from the intemperance of food, and carelessness of hot and cold weather and moves to mental disorder. The symptoms of this disease are so strange that sometimes it becomes difficult for the patient to understand that he is suffering from depression. According to some experts, one of the reasons for this is overthinking. An excess of any feeling can also cause this disease. Like crying too much, worrying too much about upcoming situations, being too happy, reading too many books, eating too much, dieting too much, sleeping too much, having too much sexual pleasure, etc.

In this disease, sometimes the person feels that his digestive system is bad, sometimes he feels that he has difficulty breathing, and sometimes he starts having nerve pains. Somewhere, sometimes somewhere, sometimes he feels like his heart is going to stop. Due to the lack of a proper diagnosis, he suffers from a major disease after taking different medicines for different diseases.

Depression is a common mental health disorder that affects millions of people around the world. It is characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in activities that were once enjoyable. Other common symptoms of depression include:

1.    Loss of appetite or overeating

2.    Insomnia or oversleeping

3.    Fatigue or loss of energy

4.    Difficulty concentrating, making decisions, or remembering things

5.    Feelings of worthlessness, guilt, or helplessness

6.    Restlessness or irritability

7.    Recurrent thoughts of death or suicide

Depression can be caused by a combination of biological, genetic, environmental, and psychological factors. Treatment for depression typically involves a combination of medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes.

Depression can be treated in a variety of ways, and the best approach may depend on the severity and type of depression as well as the individual's preferences and circumstances. Here are some common treatments for depression:

1.Therapy: Various types of therapy can be effective for treating depression, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Therapy can help individuals identify negative thoughts and behaviors contributing to their depression and learn coping strategies to manage symptoms.

2.      Medication: Antidepressant medications are often prescribed to help manage symptoms of depression. There are several types of antidepressants available, including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), and tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs).

According to my opinion, such a patient should take domperidone 10mg and Esomeprazole Magnesium Trihydrate 20mg for 4/5 days under the supervision of a specialist before starting any treatment. In case of recovery or not, the patient should decide what to do. It has often been observed that treating the digestive system alone can control the disease to a great extent.

In my opinion, Escitalopram، alprazolam،Clonazepam 0.5 and Bromazepam 3mg have also show good results in treating insomnia and calming the nerves. But these medicines should be avoided as much as possible. In short, psychoactive drugs should not be used unless depression is confirmed.

3.      Lifestyle changes: Making positive lifestyle changes, such as regular exercise, healthy eating habits, and getting enough sleep, can help improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression.

4.      Self-help strategies: Certain self-help strategies, such as practicing mindfulness, engaging in enjoyable activities, and socializing with supportive people, can also help manage symptoms of depression.

5.      Alternative therapies: Some people find alternative therapies, such as acupuncture or herbal remedies, helpful for managing depression. However, it's important to talk to a healthcare provider before trying any alternative treatments.

It's important to note that depression is a complex disorder, and not all treatments work for everyone. It may take some trial and error to find the most effective treatment for an individual's depression, and it's important to work with a healthcare provider to develop a personalized treatment plan.

There is no scientific evidence to support the use of homeopathy for the treatment of depression. Homeopathy is an alternative medicine that uses highly diluted natural substances to stimulate the body's self-healing ability.

While some people may report benefits from homeopathic remedies, there is no conclusive evidence that homeopathy is effective in treating depression. In fact, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) states that there is little to no evidence to support the use of homeopathy for any health condition, including depression.

It's important to note that depression is a serious medical condition that can have significant consequences if left untreated. If you are experiencing symptoms of depression, it's important to talk to a healthcare provider who can recommend evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be effective.

Unani medicine uses natural remedies and emphasizes the balance of the body's humor to promote health and treat diseases.

While there is limited scientific evidence to support the use of Unani medicine for the treatment of depression, some practitioners may recommend certain remedies or therapies to help manage symptoms. These may include:

1.      Herbal remedies: Unani medicine uses a variety of herbs and plant-based remedies to treat depression. These may include herbs like St. John's Wort, ashwagandha, and valerian root.

2.      Diet and lifestyle modifications: Unani medicine emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle habits in maintaining overall health. Practitioners may recommend dietary changes or exercise regimens to help manage symptoms of depression.

3.      Cupping therapy: Cupping therapy is a technique in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This therapy is thought to improve circulation and promote healing. Some Unani practitioners may recommend cupping therapy for the treatment of depression.

It's important to note that depression is a complex condition that requires a comprehensive approach to treatment. While some people may find benefit from Unani remedies or therapies,

According to Greek scholars, the treatment of this disease (Saphof-e- Aristoteles) has great important medicine. If there is a problem of constipation and gas with it, then it is useful to take one dose of (Juarish Kamuni) or (Atarifal-e- Zamani) at night before going to bed. If the body is dominated by heat and there is no problem of constipation and the consistency of stool is thin, then (Jwarish Anarain) or (Jwarish Amla) is useful to take in the morning and evening. (Mufarah Shaikh al-Rais) is a good medicine in cases of Panic or shortness of breath. Alsomina (Hamdard Laboratories) is a good medicine for insomnia and is also a permanent cure for this disease.

No man can come out of this disease unless he strengthens his willpower and immunity no matter what treatment he takes.

However, it is very important to consult a Greek physician before taking any medicine.

According to inspired religions, the first remedy is for man to turn to God, ask Him for forgiveness for his sins, and often seek His refuge. Because when a person gets busy with worldly comforts, his soul's relationship with God becomes weak. This creates impatience which leads to restlessness. Because Allah is with those who are patient. When the relationship with God is weak and weak. So, comforts also feel bad and the fear of death is always present.

Because of this, he does not like to eat, drink, sleep or wake up, nor does he find rest and peace in any one place. Even if such a person lies down in bed, he feels as if his breath will stop. And he's going to die. He also starts to feel the presence of strange creatures around him. Sometimes his thoughts take shape and he starts seeing ghosts.

If he turns to God, he will recover from this disease very soon. If a person suffering from this disease strengthens his belief in two things, he will never get depression in his life.

The first thing is that he should understand well that what Allah does is good and that what He will do He will do good. Do you understand or not? A person will understand when Allah wants to be explained.

Secondly, what will happen will happen and what will happen will be seen. As much luck as we will get in time. If labor and intelligence increase sustenance, then the laborers and the intelligent are the richest.

When these things settle in his mind and he turns to God, he soon returns to his practical life.

But it often happens that people consider this condition as magic or demon. And waste your valuable time and money with fake so-called spiritual healers. This does not mean that I am a denier of witchcraft and ghosts, but I want to say that he did not have the disease that he was treating.

I want to tell the readers of my article that there are more money earners than spiritual healers in our society. The common man is often deceived by their appearance. The purpose of what I am saying is that the spiritual treatment of this disease should be done by a virtuous person who is disgusted with the world, a person immersed in worldly pleasures should not be considered as his spiritual leader. Along with this, physical and mental treatment should be done under the supervision of a good doctor to get rid of this disease as soon as possible.

It is important to note that depression is a complex condition that requires a holistic approach to treatment. Although some people may benefit from Greek, Islamic, allopathic, homeopathic, or home remedies. However, it's important to work with a healthcare provider to develop a personalized treatment plan that's based on scientific evidence and has proven to be effective.
